HopePacific Real Estate is a Lagos-based real estate services company covering documentation and title verification, property management, buying and selling, rentals, and consultancy. We focus on mass-market and peripheral-corridor Lagos - Ikorodu, Ibeju-Lekki, Yaba, Surulere - and on diaspora owners managing property from abroad, alongside narrower consultancy support in Ikoyi, Victoria Island, and Lekki.
We lead with documentation because that's where the market actually breaks down. Fewer than 10% of land in Nigeria is formally documented, only about 3% of Nigerians hold a valid, perfected title, and property scams cost the Nigerian economy an estimated $4bn a year. Every transaction we're involved in, whether it's a first home, a managed portfolio, or a rental, gets that same documentation discipline applied to it first.
